
Ingredients
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 cups of water
2 scoops (or 8 tbsps) rolled oats
chopped broccoli flowers (about half a cup)
chopped shiitake mushrooms
1 chopped scrambled eggs
a pat of butter
salt & pepper
Procedure
- Mix oyster sauce, water, and chopped mushrooms and bring to a boil
- Add oats and cook for 5 minutes while stirring from time to time to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot
- Add chopped broccoli and cook for 1-2 minutes
- Add the scrambled egg and season with salt, pepper, and a pat of butter. Serve hot!
