We hunted for good vitamin supplements for Tikoy after he finished the bottles of Ceelin Plus and Cherifer Forte we brought with us here, in Thailand. They’re not very popular in these parts, perhaps because the culture calls for eating your vitamins with the country’s many affordable fruits and vegetables.

I love the idea of getting most of our vitamins from good food. But since I’m one of those moms who likes to have everything covered, it appeases me to know that my son is getting all the nutrients he needs to grow healthy and build a robust immune system. We tried a couple of brands, and what agreed most with us is Kirkland’s Children’s Daily Multivitamin Gummies.

It’s yummy. For one, it tastes delicious. Mark and I tried other vitamin gummies that had an aftertaste, which caused an aversion in our son whenever he needed to eat them. We must have wasted a third of the gummies because he couldn’t swallow it. Kirkland Children’s Daily Multivitamin Gummies have natural fruit flavors: orange, cherry, and green apple. It’s pretty much a dessert, so we need to keep it on a high shelf to prevent us from snacking on it.

It’s visually appealing. The gummies come in wild animals shapes: giraffes, lions, and alligators. It’s always a treat for our little boy when it’s time to take them. He gets excited when I ask him, “what gummy animal do you want to eat today?”

It has a comprehensive supplement content, including:
Vitamin A
Vitamin C
Vitamin D
Vitamin E
Vitamin B-6
Folate
Vitamin B-12
Biotin
Pantothenic Acid
