My recent MECQ trip to the dentist opened my eyes to how we take our gums for granted. So our tita dentist recommended Orahex Forte, an oral rinse that helps remove bacteria from our mouths.
The Benefits:
It prevents gum disease
It has a specialized antimicrobial activity that targets dental-associated bacteria. It also contains 0.20% Chlorhexidine Gluconate, a substance considered as the “gold standard” of microbial agents, according to babymama.ph. It’s not a very common thought, but a properly maintained mouth health can do wonders in boosting our immune system. Orahex Forte is fortified with Zinc that destroys RNA viruses that make us sick!

As one would assume, Orahex Forte treats gingivitis, halitosis, cold sores, and prevents plaque build-up.
Tita Eden states that while this mouth rinse is beneficial in so many ways, it cannot replace routine oral prophylaxis and dental check-ups. How to use it
- Brush teeth
- Swirl 10 ml of Orahex Forte with Zinc around the mouth for at least 30 seconds
- Spit out everything
- Do not drink water or eat after 30 minutes
- Use twice a day
