We celebrated with our son’s friend at Harbor Land, a huge indoor playground for kids at Central Plaza West Gate.
I had never given the place a second thought whenever we passed by it and was surprised at how huge it was inside! It has six unique zones:
I gaped at its giant slides when we entered. The child within me would have tried them in a heartbeat. Still, a gentle tug on my hand reminded me that I was a chaperone this time, and our four-year-old boy probably won’t pass its height requirement yet.
At first, I was concerned that my son wouldn’t be able to choose where to start, and our time was running. Thankfully, a friend mentioned The Little Ville. It’s the play area where younger kids can tinker with a wonderland of Melissa & Doug Wooden toys, role-playing spots, and smaller slides and bikes.
Requirements
1. Kids and guardians are required to wear a mask while playing
2. Smaller kids need to be accompanied at all times
3. Non-slip socks (available by the entrance at 60 THB each)
There’s no need to worry if the kids go hungry, as there are food kiosks within the area whenever they need to grab a bite.
I should also add that they have good restrooms with smaller sizes to accommodate young kids.
HarborLand is open for kids between 6 months and 13 years old at the 4th floor Central WestGate. They are open daily from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
