Here’s another dish you can cook in just 30 minutes: Creamy Chicken and Spinach!

Ingredients

1 bulb of garlic, chopped
2 chicken breast fillets, cut into cubes
2 cups spinach leaves
1 large can (about 200g) sliced button mushrooms
1 chicken cube
250 ml all purpose cream
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Cooking oil, salt and pepper
Procedure
1. Saute garlic in oil (or any fat you prefer)
2. Add the chicken and brown both sides
3. Add the sliced button mushrooms and season with salt and pepper
4. Dilute 1 chicken cube in 1 cup of hot water and add to the pan

5. Let the chicken absorb most of the broth, then add the all purpose cream
6. Bring the cream to a simmer and add the spinach leaves when you’re about to turn off the heat
7. Serve topped with parmesan cheese

You can get fresh spinach along with other produce from Session Groceries (and help our farmers as you do), but the local spinach would probably be available in your neighborhood market at PhP 5.00-10.00 per bunch, or sealed in your favorite grocery store. Enjoy!
